How To Join
New members will need to complete the Burntwood Family History Group Application Form. A copy of the form can be obtained from the Treasurer at our monthly meetings. For those joining by post, it can be downloaded here. - Burntwood Family History Group Application Form.
Two types of membership are available:
Single Membership £8.00 - Family Membership £12.00
Annual Membership is due on 1st January each year.
There is a reduced membership fee, for the first year, for those who join after 1st July:
Single Half-Year Membership £4.00 - Family Half-Year Membership £6.00
Membership fees may be paid in cash at a monthly meeting or by post (sent to the Treasurer at the address on the Application Form). Payments by cheque should be made payable to Burntwood Family History Group. Payment is also available by Bank Transfer (please contact Burntwood Family History Group for details).
