Once completed, post the form with your payment to:-

Membership is renewable each year on the 1st August and payment must be received on or before the 31st July
Fees are payable in sterling and cheques are to be made payable to 'Burntwood Family History Group'
Single Yearly Membership £8.00 - Family Yearly Membership £12.00
If joining during the year after 1st February
Single Half Year Membership 4.00 - Family Half Year Membership £6.00 |
