Library
Over the years our Group has collected a large amount of research material, either by purchasing items or having items donated
Our library of books, pamphlets, microfiche, video cassettes, CD's and DVD's and are available to view or hire at our
Thursday meeting and they are all listed on our library page
Members Surname Interests
Our Members, established and new, submit their Surname Interests with their Membership Application Form either yearly or half yearly
These are listed on the website on our Members Surname Interests page and are free for all researchers to see
National Burial Index
As a Member of The Federation of Family History Societies, we are contributing to the National Burial Index (NBI) for England and Wales
We have transcribed local burial records in the Burntwood area and they are listed
Publications For Sale
The transcription that the Group have made over the years are available for sale. These transcribed are available for purchase and are listed
Transcription Project
The Group has been very industrious in its transcription of local records of all types and there are now indexes or full transcriptions of many parish and non-conformist registers, school admission registers, hospital burial registers and monumental inscriptions
